Kelsee Jordan Lee is passionate about creating thriving communities. She currently serves as the Planning & Economic Development Director for the City of Cibolo, a beautiful town on the IH-35 Corridor experiencing high-growth in both residential and commercial development. In her role, she oversees economic development efforts, current and long-range planning, and code enforcement. A large industrial user, a mom-and-pop flower shop, or a workforce training center - she takes her job seriously to help them all. Her desire is to continue to bring sustainable, high-quality, community-minded companies to the area.

Always staying active in the community, Kelsee serves as a mentor through Women Leading Government - Central Texas Chapter and as an officer on the Career & Technical Education (CTE) Advisory Board for the Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD. She previously served in different positions with the Chamber (Schertz-Cibolo-Selma Area) hYPer young professionals committee, Women in Transportation Seminar, and Alamo Young Government Leaders.

Before her current position, she served in roles of progressing responsibility at the City of Cibolo through its Economic Development Department. She also served as the Economic & Business Development Manager for the City of San Marcos, Texas, where she created and implemented policies and procedures to support small, large, new, and existing businesses. She also served at Free Trade Alliance San Antonio, a public-private organization tasked with expanding export opportunities for businesses in the San Antonio region.


Kelsee Jordan received her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word, both with a concentration in International Business and spent a year as an exchange student in Kumamoto, Japan, to study Japanese language and economics. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute and received her Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) designation in 2022.

Her hobbies include reading Penguin Classic books, learning the cello, knitting, eating food from different cultures, and exploring new locations!
